Instructions for the Wireless LED Whitening Kit
1. Brush and floss your teeth to remove plaque and surface debris before whitening. Make sure your teeth are dry so the gel adheres properly.
2. Twist the base of a whitening pen until gel appears on the brush tip. Apply a thin, even layer to the front surface of each tooth you want to whiten, avoiding the gums.
3. Insert the wireless LED mouthpiece into your mouth and turn it on.
4. For your first use, complete two back-to-back fifteen-minute sessions for a total of thirty minutes to jump-start whitening. The mouthpiece is automatically timed for the fifteen-minute session.

5. For continued whitening, use one fifteen-minute session per day until your desired shade is reached.
6. After each session, remove the mouthpiece and rinse your mouth with water.
7. Gently wipe the LED mouthpiece clean with a soft cloth and store it in a dry place.
8. Avoid dark foods and beverages for at least thirty minutes after whitening to help maintain results.
9. Once you achieve your desired brightness, use the kit periodically for maintenance to keep your smile looking fresh and consistent.
